ROBERTO PANUCCI FILHO
Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in banking, insurance, M&A, corporate law, long term incentives, creation of offshores and venture capital. He also has experience with corporate aspects and fundraising related to startups. He has worked as a foreign associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP (New York) and at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), an LL.M. from the Columbia Law School and is recommended by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Leaders League.

TIAGO SEVERO
Lawyer with over 15 years of experience in financial system regulation, FinTechs-CeFi, Compliance and risk management for regulated institutions, acting as defense lawyer in respect of sanctioning litigation before the Brazilian Central Bank (BACEN), the Securities Exchange Commission (CVM), the Financial Activities Control Board (COAF) and the Financial System Appeal Board (CRSFN) and in complex litigation related to banking regulation. Within the Web3 environment, delivers end-to-end solutions to disruptive business in CeFi related to payment means, instant payments, Microfinance, Crypto, blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLTs). He is located in Brasília allowing better advice to clients that require contact with public authorities regarding discussions of new law bills and in litigation involving the government and regulatory matters.
He is a professor at LEC and IBMEC, holds an LLM in Business Law (FGV/Rio) and an MBA in Finance (Saint Paul/SP).
Author of over 150 articles on financial regulation, notable works include “Blockchain: Legal Validity of Its Applications” (FGV/SP, 2021) and “The Legal Framework of Pix” (RT), both paramount studies in Brazil.

DIOGO OCTAVIO NEBIAS
Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in finance, capital markets, infrastructure, public biddings and concessions, corporate law and M&A. He has advised banks, multilateral organizations, and companies in infrastructure projects in Brazil, particularly in the energy, port terminals, airports, highways and urban mobility sectors (logistics), from pre-bidding to project development and financing. He also advises on debt offerings and M&A transactions in infrastructure. He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), is a member of the infrastructure committee of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ABVCAP), is recommended by Leaders League and has been recognized as a leader by the Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA) and Who’s Who Legal (WWL) / Lexology.
